We strive to fulfill every order in a timely manner. Our beef is aged 14 days for maximum flavor and to provide you with the freshest and highest quality premium beef. Turnaround time can take up to 10 days to fulfill. We ship orders on Monday and Tuesday with FedEx 2-Day Express to ensure the quality of your order. We will keep you updated on your order throughout the process. To avoid shipping problems, we can only ship to physical addresses, not P.O. Boxes.

JJ Cattle Ranch started operations in 2022 by Jason and Joanna Fongeallaz. Jason has many years of ranch hand work under his belt. Joanna is the brains behind the business.
Our cattle is grass-fed and we don’t use hormones or grains to bulk up the cows. The cows are allowed to graze freely in the open pastures and live a happy life grazing on fresh grass. This ensures the highest quality of meat you will enjoy serving to your family.
