Handmade Cutting Boards:

Our handmade cutting boards are crafted with meticulous care. Each board is unique and may exhibit natural variations in wood grain and finish. As with any handcrafted item, slight variations should be expected, adding to the charm and authenticity of the product.

Shipping and Delivery:

We offer shipping options for domestic continental US orders. While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control (e.g., customs procedures, weather delays). We will provide tracking information whenever possible to keep you informed about your order’s status. Turnaround time can take up to 10 days to fulfill.  We ship orders on Monday and Tuesday with FedEx 2-Day Express to ensure the quality of your order. We will keep you updated on your order throughout the process. To avoid shipping problems, we can only ship to physical addresses, not P.O. Boxes.

Warranty and Returns:

At JJ Cattle Ranch, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. Our team will be happy to assist you and provide appropriate solutions, including product replacement or refund, subject to our warranty policy. Please note that the warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
