We hope this update finds you well and in good spirits. It’s been quite the week here at JJ Cattle Ranch, and we wanted to take a moment to personally connect with you all and share what’s been going on.
Unfortunately, we’ve had a bit of a setback recently. Our work truck, the one that we use to haul our cattle, was stolen. It was disheartening news, to say the least, but we’re not letting this dampen our spirits. We’re actively working with the police, following up on some promising leads, and doing everything we can to track down the culprits responsible for this theft.
Due to the truck incident, we have had to make some adjustments to our processing schedule. New orders may experience a delay of up to 2 weeks, and for that, we sincerely apologize. However, we want to emphasize that our a la carte options are still available, and the processing of bulk beef orders remains unaffected.
Despite this challenge, we want to assure you that our commitment to providing you with the finest grass-fed beef remains unwavering. It’s vital for us to stay resilient during these times, and we want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to each one of you for your continued support and understanding.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation in these uncertain times, and we promise to keep you updated every step of the way. As we navigate through this situation, we’ll be putting in the extra effort to ensure that your grass-fed beef orders are handled with the utmost care and delivered to your table as soon as possible.
As we move forward, your prayers and support mean the world to us. It’s the unwavering encouragement from the Ranch Talk community that keeps us going strong. We feel truly blessed to have such incredible customers and friends like you.
From the bottom of our hearts, we extend our gratitude and want you to know that we’re committed to overcoming this challenge with your support. We’re determined to come back stronger and more resilient than ever before.
Thank you for standing by us and allowing us to continue fulfilling your grass-fed beef orders. Together, we’ll weather the storms and build a brighter future for JJ Cattle Ranch and our wonderful community.
With heartfelt thanks,
Jason and Joanna
